Job summary

Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador to lead on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying Coach values while driving store performance. This role supports initiatives, helps train teammates, and contributes to a high-energy, inclusive store environment in Dallas.

You will analyze sales trends, promote Coach principles, and help ensure policy compliance, while building strong customer relationships and teamwork across the store.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Physical tasks on the sales floor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Monitors and analyzes sales data to identify trends and improve store performance.
• Supports recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training as needed.
• Ensures compliance with Company policies and store procedures.
