Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, coaching team members, participating in recruitment and training, and maintaining a compliant, inclusive store culture that reflects Coach’s commitment to equity and diversity.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding store tasks.

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance.
• Supports store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training as needed.
