Job summary

Coach seeks a Brand Ambassador to lead on the sales floor, delivering an exceptional customer experience and embodying Coach values. You will drive brand awareness and support overall store operations with a growth mindset.

The role involves analyzing sales data, contributing to recruitment and training, and collaborating with the team to meet store goals. This position is based in the U.S. and emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product, cartons or fixtures up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch as well as lift and move on the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance and team development.
