American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador in Newark, DE. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional in-store shopping experience and promoting brand loyalty with authenticity.

Responsibilities include engaging guests with the AEO Selling Model, educating on AE & Aerie products, and driving loyalty program participation while flexing across the salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom. Must be 16+ and available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make appropriate product recommendations.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and assist teammates to get the job done.
