Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in New Jersey to bring the brand to life in-store. You will deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom.

Qualifications

Retail experience preferred.
Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Passion for AE and Aerie products.
Able to engage customers using the AEO Selling Model.

Responsibilities

Engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable suggestions.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
Uphold integrity by adhering to AEO's policies and procedures.
