Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products, with a friends-first approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support teammates and contribute to store goals.
