Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Edison, NJ is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador who brings the brand to life with an amazing shopping experience.

You’re the face of the store, love the products, and enjoy building loyalty with every guest while embodying our values. You’ll engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and customer service preferred.
• Ability to engage with guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Energetic, reliable and a team player with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns with integrity and adhere to store policies.
• Support the team and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
