Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will be the face of our company and uphold our values while making guests feel welcome.

You will educate customers on AE/Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people and delivering great service.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Capable of working across multiple store areas.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to getting the job done.
