American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Augusta, ME to bring our brand to life and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest. You are the face of our company and will share product passion, brand stories, and loyalty programs with shoppers.

Whether on the salesfloor, fitting room, or stockroom, you’ll stay energetic, friendly, and adaptable while delivering great service.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• You’re at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
