Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find items.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and offer tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to customers.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and Provide friendly service.
