Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Greensburg, PA, to bring our brand to life and provide every guest with an exceptional shopping experience.

You will engage guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while flexing across the sales floor and stock areas. The role emphasizes energy, guest service, and brand celebration.

Qualifications

• You’re a people person and enjoy interacting with guests.
• You’re energetic and can multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Experience in retail is a plus and you’re comfortable on the sales floor.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, helpful approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move flexibly across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support the team to ensure a smooth store operation and guest experience.
