Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Germantown, TN to bring our brand to life and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You will be the face of the brand, excited to share AE & Aerie products and drive loyalty with each guest you serve. You’ll work on a flexible schedule, moving between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, while upholding our policies and delivering top-notch service.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You have prior retail experience or a strong interest in AE & Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using a friendly, 'friends first' approach to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on product details and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
