The role requires flexibility to work day, evening, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts, with a strong emphasis on creating a positive, inclusive experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Achieve sales objectives and meet individual KPIs.
• Support store standards, floor sets, replenishment, and opening/closing duties.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and with sizing.
• Educate customers on programs and offerings.
• Maintain store visuals and policies across the sales floor.
