Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the OFFLINE by Aerie experience to customers. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a friendly shopping experience and promoting the loyalty program across AE and Aerie products.

Join a fast-paced store team where you’ll flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding company policies and brand standards.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and lighting up the room.
• Energetic and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced store environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays when guests shop.
• Love AE and Aerie products and share that passion with guests.
• Retail experience is a plus and you are at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and help the team get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
