Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Livermore, CA to bring the brand to life daily and create an amazing shopping experience for guests.

You’ll represent the company values, stay energetic, and build brand loyalty while learning the AEO Selling Model. Responsibilities include engaging guests, educating them on AE and Aerie products, promoting the loyalty program, and moving between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You’re available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You’ve worked in retail before.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Skips between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns creatively while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and assist teammates to get the job done.
