Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, guiding guests with a friends-first approach and sharing your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products.

You will use the AE Selling Model, explain loyalty benefits, and collaborate with the team across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom to meet guest needs. The role requires flexibility, energy, and a genuine love of retail.

Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Minimum age 16.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flexible across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Innovative problem solver: proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Team player: assist your team in getting the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO's policies & procedures.
