Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Smithfield, NC seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life daily and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of the company, passionate about products, and dedicated to building loyal customers.

You will engage guests using the selling model, educate on products, promote the loyalty program, and move fluidly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom, while upholding company policy with integrity.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays!)
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before. #practicemakesperfect
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support your team and collaborate to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
