Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Ponce, PR is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will be the face of the brand, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and focused on building loyalty with every guest. You’ll move between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, educate guests on product details, and promote the loyalty program while representing our values with integrity.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You have a lot of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work during peak guest times—evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friends-first mindset. (We’ll teach you everything you need to know.)
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details, making suggestions that fit their needs.
• You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• You flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• You are an innovative problem solver, proactively resolving guest concerns while following company policy.
• You are a team player, always willing to assist your teammates.
• You act with integrity and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures.
