Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to energize the store with our brand daily.

You’ll engage guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and invite them to join loyalty programs while delivering a friendly, memorable shopping experience. You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom, handle multiple tasks, and help the team maintain a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with customers.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for AE/Aerie products and brand.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a friends‑first mindset.
• Educate guests on AEO/Aerie product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist the team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
• Demonstrate integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.
