Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Ashland, KY. You will engage guests on the shop floor, educate them about AE and Aerie products, and help build brand loyalty.

You will move across Salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom to ensure an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll promote the loyalty program, stay energetic in a fast-paced environment, and represent the brand with integrity.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced store environment.
• Demonstrates integrity and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to meet their needs.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a great guest experience.
