American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE & Aerie brands to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on products, and live the brand values every day.

You’ll engage customers, promote loyalty programs, and move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. AEO values teamwork, integrity, and energetic service.

Qualifications

• Interest in retail and brand products.
• Ability to engage guests and build loyalty.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team to get the job done.
