Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll greet guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and foster brand loyalty while delivering an amazing shopping experience.

You’ll use the AEO Selling Model, help guests find exactly what they need, and move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. You’ll be energetic, reliable, and committed to upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit needs.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
