Job summary

AEO Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Streets of Brentwood. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an engaging shopping experience and promoting AE & Aerie products.

You’ll introduce the loyalty program and help guests connect with brand channels while working across salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom. Must enjoy fast-paced retail and delivering great service. Ideal candidates are energetic, people-oriented, and have prior retail experience, with availability evenings,

Qualifications

Customer-facing role experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience educating customers on products and promotions.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to find products.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
Promote and explain the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
Work as a team to get the job done and support store goals.
Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
