Job summary

POP MART is seeking energetic, customer‑focused Sales Associates to create memorable shopping experiences in Tukwila, WA. You will serve as a brand ambassador, deliver outstanding service, share POP MART's story, and help drive store performance through product knowledge and upselling.

You will assist with receiving shipments, merchandising, inventory accuracy, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. A passion for designer toys, pop culture, and strong communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly welcoming every guest and building authentic customer relationships.
• Confidently share POP MART's story, artist collaborations, collectible characters, product collections, promotions, and membership program.
• Educate customers on our collectible culture, including Blind Boxes, MEGA Collections, accessories, limited editions, and new product launches.
• Drive sales by identifying customer needs, making personalized recommendations, upselling, and achieving individual and store sales goals.
• Accurately process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions using the POS system.
• Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing merchandise, organizing inventory, and maintaining stockroom accuracy.
• Maintain store presentation by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety on the floor and in backrooms.
• Cross-train to support Robo Shop replenishment and inventory processes as needed.
