POP MART is seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates to deliver memorable shopping experiences and bring our world of collectible art toys to life. You will act as a brand ambassador, share the POP MART story, educate customers on collectibles, and help drive store performance with product knowledge and sales excellence.

The role includes merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build authentic relationships.
• Share POP MART's story, artist collaborations, and product collections.
• Assist with receiving shipments, restocking, and inventory accuracy.
• Operate POS systems and process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions.
