Job summary

POP MART is seeking energetic Retail Sales Associates to deliver memorable shopping experiences at our Tulalip Bay store in Washington. You will act as a brand ambassador, share POP MART’s story, and help customers discover collectible art toys through personalized recommendations and engaging product storytelling.

Experience in customer-facing retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly welcoming guests and building authentic relationships.
Share POP MART's story, artist collaborations, and product collections to drive engagement.
Educate customers on collectible culture, including Blind Boxes and new launches.
Process purchases, returns, and loyalty transactions accurately at the POS.
Assist with receiving shipments, stocking, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe store presentation and contribute to team goals.
