Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part‑time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily. You’ll provide an amazing shopping experience, making guests’ days better and building brand loyalty with authentic service.

You’ll be the face of our company, engaging guests, educating them on products, and introducing the AE loyalty program. This flexible role moves across the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockrooms while upholding AE policies.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• High energy and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available during evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• Love for AE and Aerie products.
• Prior experience in a retail setting.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, applying a friends‑first mindset.
• Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Move between the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support your team and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
