Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Ventura is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily and provide guests with an outstanding shopping experience.

You are the face of our company, love our products, and build brand loyalty through genuine interactions. You will use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with people.
• Energy and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, collaborative approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly while following company policy.
• Support the team to get the job done and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures at all times.
