Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Edison, NJ. You will help create an amazing shopping experience, educating guests on AE & Aerie products and loyalty programs, while representing our brand with energy and enthusiasm.

You will move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, handling guest concerns with care and integrity. Prior retail experience is a plus and 16+ age is required.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• High energy and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Experience in retail is a plus.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, approachable manner.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and assist teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
