Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Hershey, PA is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You’ll be the face of the brand, share product knowledge, and help guests feel welcomed and valued.

You'll use the AEO Selling Model, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom while upholding store policies. Prior retail experience is a plus, and 16+ age requirement applies.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they want.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist your team to get the job done.
