Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Hershey, PA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You’ll engage customers using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, “friends first” approach, educate them on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage customers with a friendly, in-person approach.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in retail or guest-focused environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policies.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to policies and procedures.
