Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience.

You’ll educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and move seamlessly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom. If you’re energetic, love interacting with people, and have retail experience, you’ll fit right in, with opportunities for development and discounts.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You’re full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• You’re a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make thoughtful suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support your colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold AEO policies & procedures with integrity.
