Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to create an engaging shopping experience and represent the brand daily. You’ll guide guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while staying flexible across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom.

You’ll bring energy, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset, with availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and energy for a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to engage guests, educate on products, and promote loyalty programs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience preferred; age 16+.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate customers on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a great store experience.
