Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, creating an amazing shopping experience and building brand loyalty with every guest.

You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people and provide an energetic shopping experience.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail experience is a plus, and you should be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policies.
