Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience, becoming the face of AE and promoting brand loyalty with every guest.

You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, share the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom. If you love interacting with people, stay energetic, and are 18+, apply to join our team.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Energetic, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• You are 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products with suggestions.
• Introduce the loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
• Maintain brand integrity and policy adherence.
