Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

The role emphasizes energy, people skills, and a passion for retail. Ideal candidates are energetic, community-focused, and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays)
• You love AE and Aerie products
• You've worked in retail before.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friends first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• Support your team and contribute to getting the job done.
• Uphold company policies and integrity in all actions.
