Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Project Manager for Brand Operations AI Transformation to blend traditional PM with AI/ML expertise, coordinating cross-functional teams across brand, marketing and technology. You will manage AI-led creative projects from conception to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-scope and on-budget outcomes aligned with Brand guidelines and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of project management experience delivering AI/ML projects.
• Proficient in project planning, risk management and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of AI methodologies, data management and ethical considerations in AI.
• Ability to plan and oversee execution of AI/ML-based creative projects from conception to deployment.
• Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning and data science principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee all stages of AI-led creative projects, from ideation and data collection to delivery, including model training and reporting.
• Bridge highly technical teams, creative teams and business/marketing stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives and success metrics for AI-powered deliverables.
• Serve as the primary liaison between brand management and creative teams, translating AI concepts into actionable business insights.
• Identify and mitigate risks including timeline, data quality, model bias or ethical concerns, ensuring quality and regulatory standards.
• Create and manage project budgets, track expenditures and allocate resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI trends, tools and platforms to keep projects relevant.
