Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery for a multi-year transformation.
• Lead governance and executive steering routines with OKRs/KPIs.
• Create and maintain integrated program plans across teams and vendors.
• Drive cross-functional alignment among engineering, architecture, product, HR, and control.
• Enable change management and benefits realization with HR.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Deliver executive-ready narratives and insights with data visuals.
• Facilitate workshops and decision forums across leadership.
• Strengthen delivery discipline and continuous improvement.
• Champion AI fluency and responsible adoption in program execution.
• Lead experimentation and learning loops with pilots and governance.
