Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management leading complex technology programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and executive stakeholders.
• Strong data-driven mindset with OKRs/KPIs and delivery health metrics.
• Experience with HR and technology platforms and AI transformation programs.
• Excellent facilitation and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery for a multi-year transformation.
• Lead governance, OKRs/KPIs, RAID, and steering forums.
• Create integrated plans across teams and vendors.
• Manage cross-functional alignment with engineering, HR, product.
• Enable change management and benefits realization.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies.
• Deliver executive-ready narratives and insights.
• Facilitate workshops and decision forums.
• Strengthen delivery discipline and continuous improvement.
• Champion AI fluency and responsible adoption.
• Lead pilots and scale successful approaches.
