METHODIQ is not just another skincare brand. We’re building a category‑defining platform that brings together cutting‑edge technology, data, and medical expertise to transform how consumers access personalized dermatology care. This is an opportunity to join at the ground floor of a brand built to challenge the status quo and revolutionize an industry ready for change.

In this role, you will help develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital acquisition channels, support the creative development pipeline, and collaborate with content creators to bring fresh, high‑impact ideas to life. This is a position ideal for someone eager to work hard, think outside the box, and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute acquisition marketing campaigns across paid social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and more.
  • Source, pitch, and manage partnerships with content creators, handling communication, contracts, creative briefs, content approvals, influencer relationships, and rate negotiations.
  • Research the consumer and competitive landscape to uncover insights, pain points, and opportunities that inspire breakthrough marketing creative.
  • Leverage campaign data and performance results to make data‑driven recommendations and develop optimized creative iterations and growth strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs to identify trends, analyze results, and communicate campaign performance to the broader team and senior leadership.
  • Support the creative development process for digital ads, including mockups, asset development, copywriting, creative briefs, and brainstorming sessions.
  • Help evolve the content creator program and asset development strategy by staying on top of industry shifts, platform changes, and social media trends.
  • Contribute to revenue growth and creative innovation by combining creative strategy, campaign optimization, and on‑site growth tactics such as landing page and funnel testing.
Background
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a top university.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • A creative and analytical thinker who can zoom out to see the big picture while also diving into data to solve problems.
  • A strong creative eye with the ability to identify and develop compelling, high‑performing ad concepts.
  • Genuine excitement for creative projects and collaboration with content creators, designers, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Extremely detail‑oriented, organized, and strong in time management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights and performance improvements.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Self‑motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced environment.
  • A passion for high‑growth consumer brands and a desire to build a career in growth marketing.
  • A natural curiosity about customer behavior and excitement about helping shape a disruptive brand at the intersection of beauty, health, and technology.
  • Marketing, analytics, or strategy experience is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for joining ODDITY and contributing to a high‑performing team building the future of consumer healthcare.
