Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and more.
• Provide friendly, accurate and timely assistance to customers and potential customers.
• Resolve customer concerns within authority or escalate to management as needed.
• Open and close the branch as scheduled.
• Maintain branch standards and comply with banking regulations.
