Job summary

Altabank, a division of Glacier Bank, is seeking a Full-time Operations Account Services Specialist for the Pleasant Grove Service Center. The role entails confidential administrative support, reviewing account documents, editing communications, and assisting with new accounts and IRA processing.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 2 years of bank operations experience, strong customer service, organization, and writing skills, with solid computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Six months to two years of bank operations experience.
• Must have good customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with clear communication and computer skills.
• Excellent writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential administrative support to management.
• Review new account documents and related reports; track errors.
• Edit and create documents, including job aids, as needed.
• Assist with resolving account, document, customer, and vendor issues.
• Assist with new account items (IRAs, HSAs, platform system) and related processes.
• Establish IRAs, set up auto distributions, and ensure IRS reporting accuracy.
• Manage reports, monitor data, and control access to systems.
• Handle high volumes of calls, mail, shredding, copying, scanning, and errands.
• Support procedure development and cross-department communications.
