Altabank, a Glacier Bank division, seeks a Treasury Management Support Specialist I for the Pleasant Grove Service Center. The role focuses on technical support, customer training, and relationship building for treasury management products.

This in-office position entails handling inquiries, conducting annual reviews, and assisting the treasury sales team while ensuring confidentiality and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Word and Excel for daily tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication to handle inquiries.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Aptitude for technology and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of electronic banking and treasury products.
• Familiarity with Jack Henry system.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and training on treasury products.
• Maintain high client satisfaction by managing and servicing treasury needs.
• Respond to questions about Treasury and Cash Management systems.
• Conduct annual reviews to mitigate risk.
• Daily review of eBanking and Fraud reports.
• Set up online banking access, mobile deposits, wires, ACH, bill pay, and RDN deposits.
• Support branches and internal departments on treasury products.
• Assist Treasury Management sales as needed.
