Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 3-5 years of assistant branch management or banking experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Qualify to be licensed as a Notary Public for New York State.
• Mandatory training may require occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and staff performance in line with policies and controls.
• Provide coaching on sales techniques and product knowledge to staff.
• Supervise service quality, policies, and banking transactions.
• Identify and mitigate operational risk and improve controls.
• Ensure compliance and complete audits, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Notarize legal documents for bank customers.
