SRP Federal Credit Union in Augusta, GA is seeking a Full-Time Teller at the Broad Street Branch to deliver exceptional member service and accurate transactions, while upholding the credit union’s standards. The position requires a 2-year degree, cash handling experience, completion of Teller I training, and 2 years of customer service with 1+ year in leadership.

Knowledge of core banking systems is a plus.

Formación

• Completion of Teller I training requirements.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years customer service experience, 3 years in financial services.
• Cash handling experience.
• Excellent math skills.
• 1+ year experience in team leadership, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Under the direction of the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager creates a positive and engaging member experience.
• Receives and processes transactions from members with excellent member service.
• Ensures productivity and upbeat team morale on the teller line.
• Promotes a positive image of the Credit Union inside and outside the workplace.
• Fully complies with all SRP Credit Union policies and service standards including BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC.
