SRP Federal Credit Union seeks a Traveling Teller to support multiple GA branches. The role involves handling transactions, assisting members, and promoting credit union services while traveling between branches across Augusta and Evans. Strong communication and math skills are essential.

Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time. High school diploma or GED and cash-handling experience are required. Salary is hourly with mileage coverage provided.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of member/customer service and cash handling experience.
• Excellent math skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Symitar Episys Core Banking software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the Credit Union professionally and courteously to members and potential members.
• Process cash and check transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote Credit Union products and services and refer/cross-sell when appropriate.
• Travel between SRP Federal Credit Union branches to cover multiple locations.
• Reconcile end-of-day transactions and balance cash and checks.
• Deliver outstanding member service and a positive branch image.
• Maintain knowledge of online and mobile banking services for member education.
