• Receives and processes transactions from members with excellent member service.
• Promotes a positive image of the Credit Union both inside and outside the workplace.
• Offers Credit Union products and services using a member benefit-based approach.
• Processes cash and check transactions in a fast-paced environment with proper endorsements.
• Educates members on online and mobile banking services.
• Reconciles all transactions at the end of each day and balances cash and checks.
• Provides back-up and relief for other tellers at different locations when needed.
