Job summary

Citizens Bank in Marshfield, MA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers in lobby areas and help them use the mobile app or ATMs to complete simple transactions. You will offer personalized advice to meet financial goals and connect customers with Bankers for next steps.

The role requires strong listening and communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 6 months of transaction experience. Weekends/evenings may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions.
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.
• Video interview assessment after applying, to be completed within 7 days.
