Qualifications

• One to three years of teller or similar financial services experience.
• Ability to explain products and services to members and answer questions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Performs all teller functions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, cashier's checks, and transfers; posts transactions and balances drawer.
• Greet members in person and by phone; provide routine information about services and products; assist with account openings/closures.
• Handle payroll deductions, direct transfers, and direct deposit authorizations; educate and advise members on products and services; resolve issues.
• Interview members, process loan applications, and educate them to make informed financial decisions; support branch operations.
• Perform other related duties and assist with campaigns and referrals as needed.
