Job summary

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.

• Proficiency with basic office equipment and computers.

Responsibilities

• Performs all teller functions, including deposits, withdrawal and loan payments, money orders, cashier's checks.
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions ensuring accuracy.
• Open/close accounts, process payroll deductions and direct deposits.
• Assist members with products and services; educate and advise.
• Interview members, process loan applications and approve loans.
• Answer the phone queue and assist members in person.
• Promote marketing campaigns and identify product referral opportunities.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
